Clients of Wealth Managers and private banks select the winners of the People’s Choice Awards by completing a comprehensive online survey. Their rankings are extremely important to the participating firms and the process forms an integral part of the survey.
The opinions of clients in any market segment are vital in assessing services and products. In our survey these opinions also serve as one of the checks to the information provided by the firms themselves.
We asked clients about their service providers in an online questionnaire earlier this year. This year 5,820 people participated. The large number enhances the credibility of the survey. These awards are based purely on that feedback. The questions that feed directly into the rankings relate to the following:
- Satisfaction levels with products and services
- Investment returns
- Whether clients believe they are getting value for money
- Whether clients would recommend their service providers.
We also ask questions relating to why clients use wealth managers and private banks and whether their needs are being met. Clients also add comments on aspects not covered by our multiple-choice questions.
NFB Private Wealth Management wins the People’s Choice Award as the Top Wealth Manager and Investec Private Bank is the People’s Choice of Top Private Bank.
